Emojis/Sticker for Server Moderator/Admins

I use emojis and stickers for news or other information.
These emojis/stickers should not be used by users as they are only intended for news/info.
So my idea was to get about 10 additional admin emoji and/or Sticker slots (and even more with Boost).

This can prevent unnecessary spaces being used for news emojis, which users use wildly.
