Requesting AutoMod Improvements

Automod needs some improvements. I understand that the feature is in beta, but let me give an example.

Custom Regex (previously requested https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/6196844082327-AutoMod-Regex)

Custom Alert Messages (also previously requested https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/6842889477143-Automod-custom-alert-message)

And also, have you noticed that custom-keyword rules can timeout a user upon request, however commonly flagged words can't?

You notice that there is no timeout option for commonly flagged words? I think this should be added.
