Account switching doesn't reset channels

Currently when you switch accounts in-app, clicking on a server won't take you to the last channel you used there, but to the default starting channel which is in many servers just a log of joining messages. It would really make a smoother transition for it to remember where you were, as it does when you close discord and reopen it already.

Another nice feature would be to have optional ping/dm badges show on your icon in the lower left if another account of yours has unseen pings/dms, but that's another thing!
