Maximum duration of timeouts

It would be very helpful if you can set a timeout to infinity.
It would also be great if you could choose the time yourself and not depend on fixed units.
For this, a permission would be useful if a user has the right to individual timeout duration or may only use the fixed times.
Unfortunately, it often happens that you want to exclude users for a long time but do not want to ban them.
With a week timeout, the function is rather annoying instead of helpful.
And if you give these users a mute role, they simply re-enter the server.
