My account got dissabled by discord

My account got disabled and I sent an appeal. They sent back '' It looks like you are writing in to appeal your account being banned by Discord's Trust & Safety Team''...

How can i get back my account..?

  Since from 1 week , discord disabled my main account and i submitted a lot of appeals but didn't they respond will i get my account back?
