Revert displayed role order

Recently roles in the user pop-out (displayed when you click on someone's name) started being listed with the highest role last. I assume this is a closed beta feature.

I think this change is unequivocally problematic, given that it's intuitive and well-established to call the role the highest whose attributes override all other possessed roles, with those roles being lower. The new order is also inconsistent with the list in the server settings.
