Notify Server Admin of Moderation Users Without 2FA
If a Discord server requires the use of 2FA to moderate, a message should be given to the server admin whenever that account does NOT have 2FA enabled and won't be able to use those permissions. This could be given in a pop-up window upon applying that role/permission to that account.
Additionally, you could add a dashboard (viewable to only admins or by permission) that shows you which accounts with moderation permissions or roles do not have 2FA enabled.
This would help avoid confusing situations where a new moderator does not have 2FA enabled and thus cannot use those permissions. There is - as far as I could tell - no way to know if they have 2FA enabled, outside of just asking them.
