Account "disabled" for following terms of services

    nice you got an email tom tell you, my account has been disabled since Tuesday and i have no idea why, no email to say whats going on and you put in a support ticket and get no response

    Well, took a few days, but I think I got a human to review my ticket, and they basically copy-pasted the clyde-bot line and went on their merry way. They obviously don't care about their own terms of service at this point, and would rather just burn an account at the stake because it simply existed in a server that broke the terms at some point or another.

    I'm sorry that you lost your account Shane-uk. Hopefully they will get back to you with more than an automated response to your problem.

    cheers mate i guess they dont really care as they have so many users ... i would just like to know what they think i have done wrong to feel the need to disable my account without even giving me a reason

    Update: It's been 4 days since I last heard from the support team. The last interaction my ticket has had was someone just coming in and closing it, no message or anything.
    This support team, they are something else. I haven't heard back from them since Thursday, they don't have a phone number so the only way to contact them is this shitty ticket system that they just ignore, and I am getting annoyed that I still don't have my account back or the actual reason they banned me.
