Discord Moderation is horrible

Hello, My account was recently disabled for so called breaking guidelines, I submitted multiple requests and all I got was a automated response. I have had this account for 6 years now, I've never gotta a warning or anything like that and they don't even have the decency to have a human try fix this. They also have the audacity to close my reports as "SOLVED" even tho there wasn't a reply. At this point I'm fed up with discord support

    I Agree, Same thing happened to me. Discord support is absolutly horrible!

    I'm sorry this happened to you. To both of you, I can give some help in suggesting that you guys continue to make appeals and even make posts in the "Others" category of this forum page due to the fact that its rumored "Discord Systeme" is there and can offer support. There is also Twitter to discuss about this situation, they're typically responsive by 6 EST but this isn't accurate as they don't post by schedule.

    You worded it perfectly my friend you've actually had your account for longer than me and lost it more recently than me I'm so sorry about that. Yea they have done this to me too where they mark it as solved and don't respond and all I get is clyde bot man I really wish they would reply to me.
