Time Zone field for User Profiles

It'd be nice if there was an auto-role or setting where a user's time zone (and the current time for them) could be seen on their profile and a way to ping users (if the user has it enabled) by the time zone on their profile. This would be helpful for time events in servers that are hosted externally and/or to serve as a reminder for people about certain events.
