An ability to turn off automatically accepting membership screening when user receives a role

Hello, Discord community!

On my community server I've got a bot that verifies various people by email.
When someone joins a server, bot gives a user an unverified role.

Because of that, Discord treats that action as the user who received the role is a "trusted person" and should have membership screening automatically accepted.

It's very confusing that Discord automatically accepts membership screening when user receives a role. I suggest to add an option to turn off automatically accepting membership screening of every person who receives autorole (or any kind of a role) on joining a server. 

It would be very helpful for community server admins and, of course, bot developers to turn off such behavior.
