Recovering my account

Howdy discorders, Recently discord disabled my account from my request and to re-enable it I have to enter some backup codes that I don't have. Even tho discord did everything I asked, it still asks me for those damn codes. Any help?

    It's unfortunate to hear that,

    If you do not have access to your backup codes, you will have to create a new account.

    Discord is unable to remove 2FA, also Discord cannot issue you new backup codes.

    Oof.
    Here's the thing. I formatted and everything was deleted. After I didnt have my codes I created a new acc. Is it possible for my codes to still be in my pc?

    If your discord app in your PC still logged in to your account then it’s a yes, you will able to find your backup codes in your settings.

    Currently I only have access to my alt account. So no I am not logged in my previous account
