Discord Support is nonexistent for banned accounts

My account was banned for being in a server that I didn’t even type in, but the entire server was banned. Even though I didn’t do anything wrong, I replied acknowledging that I violated and that I read the ToS (after initially pleading my case) but let me tell you all, if your account also gets disabled, and you happen to stumble across this thread, then don’t even waste your time because this app’s support is the most inhumane. My last like 8 responses i’ve got from them have been “Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.” This was sent from “Clyde” in each and every one of the emails. Guess what? Clyde isn’t even a real human, its a damn bot, meaning these savages actually filtered all emails from my email to be replied by this automated bot. I tested this and created a separate support ticket, not even related to an appeal and guess what? Same damn email from same damn bot. This company truly is the most horrid and this post hopefully exposes it. At this point I’m just ready to move on, as theres clearly nothing else I can do to get my account back.
