is their a way to ban a group of people in a server?

like there is a server I do not like, and I do not want these people on my server. like is there a way to ban all admins and mods of a particular server,or everyone in a certain server, without having to go threw all of them to ban them indivdual?

    I'm pretty sure if anything you would have to use a bot. maybe dyno has that in the autoban section as a rule. i cannot find anything on their site about it as the info on autoban is very limited.
