Account Disable why?

I try to create an account; first time. I have never used this service before. After providing my Phone number, and email address. I get an email title "Account Disabled - Violation of TOS/Community Guidelines Notification".

I just opened an account. What violation are they referring to. I just open an account.

 

Please explain Discord.

  Are you old enough for Discord? Did you lie about your age or something? Also Discord won't explain bc they are too busy with "other tickets that probably don't even need to be answered"
