So my account was disabled ive tried contacting support several times
i have a years worth of nitro on this account and it ended up being a waste over some tos violation they cant ''explain'' all i keep getting are bot responses but as a paying customer im unhappy about this...not trying to sound bold but i want ANY human from discord to talk to me if not i do plan on taking legal action and im sick of making a new account every few months because someone in discord is trigger happy and decides he can just randomly ban pepole as a sick joke i would like someone any human from discord to respond to me

I wish it was easy, but I have been waiting for 3 months... I put in more tickets in than I care to count, and I get the same cut and past response that it was fixed over and over. The issue is not fixed and I still don't have a clue as to what even triggered the issue...

Discord can go suck hippo tit'ties because they are not doing their job. this is for all the discord workers who aint doin ur job. "Quit your dam job and let people take it where they will help us and fix your broken piece of sh:it app and make it better". We need PEOPLE not BOTS helping us. Bots can't fix what your dumbas's staff did. If you won't do your job then step down and let real living people take over. All of us who have issues that dont get solved are equally pis'sed off or more than others all because you wont do your f*cking job. If you didnt want to keep up with ur app then why make it? To make billions of people suffer while you favor Nitro users? The Discord team will not answer you mate they will continue to ignore you. It's for the best to either make a new account or report discord to the BBB

In the feedback post, he said he was a paying customer. They said they has a few year worth of the Nitro subscription, and yet not getting responses.

Update so..got a full refund for that nitro and I can make a new account on email I was banned on I guess this is them admitting to a mistake? If so I'm moveing on now
