Failed Customer Support
3 times Ive tried to get my account back and each time the same individual that works for this company, "Elena", closes the ticket WITHOUT SOLVING THE ISSUE. Completely ignoring my request for help and tossing a user aside as if we do not matter. Is this how you treat people that use your product???

man i feel u, they have been doing the same to me, and im in a bigger situation since i also think that it has been hacked which has caused it to be disabled for "spam". Also i texted the same message 5 seconds later and i get disabled, whiles im in VC WITH MY FRIENDS. i dont know if im right or wrong but still i know i didn't abuse the platform. and they have to do something.

Opening new support requests or sending too many responses on an open case will update the ticket in their system and move it to the back of the queue.

if discord declines ur appeal request at first can u send another request, and will they take action on the new one?

To your first comment, i suppose they have a lot of questions, there might be a queue of tickets, and support members will take the next ticket in queue, if you send / update your ticket, it will be pushed back in queue, for what reason i don't know, maybe they think you wanna submit something more and put it back so you can update it, but this might not be true.
As for the second comment, if the ticket is marked as solved/closed, then you can open a new ticket. Discord usually replies within 5 business days.Hope that clears some things up!

5 days, but the first one was only 6 hrs that they declined my appeal and i know i did nothing wrong. It has been affecting me mentally and i wish discord understood my pain. I wouldn't do anything to try and hurt this platform. But i get wrongfully disabled. Because of a spam filter. :((
