Disabled account for sending too many messages

Hello,

I was disabled yesterday for sending all the members in my server a friend request, I have never heard of someone being disabled for this before. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it possible I was disabled for something else? Either way I dont break TOS and I enforce the guidelines in my server. My objective was to interact more with my community and instead I got disabled and lost everything for it. Waiting for a response from my appeal, But if your reading let me know your thoughts.

    Hello, this has happened to me too. Discord thought my messages were "spam" and their spam filter bot auto disabled me, even when i only sent the same message, 5 seconds apart, in a community chat that had a 5 sec cooldown. They arent really doing much with their spam filter, so anything you really do is just deemed as incorrect". I sent them a request asking what i did wrong, and they said they have "reviewed" and wont reinstate my account. Even though i know i did nothing wrong, i know they didnt check their spam filter to see and help me out. Their support team isnt all that "supportive" they just give an automated response telling "we wont reinstate ur acc" and idk if they block ur email from sending them requests after that period but i know it is unjustified for me. ive been pleading for help but no reply. Tbh unless u get some real human to actually talk to its gonna be hard getting ur acc back. Idk how tho. I hope we both get our accs back.

    I just had my account deactivated a second time for no apparent reason. The first time I was on vacation so my discord account was not used at all, I came back and was banned for 1 day for no reason and they deactivated my account again.

    and discord isnt doing anything to help us
