Guys, something is worng when I'm trying to enter my account

my account has been disabled for only 24 hours!
after waiting 24 hours my account was totally fine.
a few hours later, I been trying to enter my account again but for some reason, I couldn't, and now every time I try to enter my account it's writing that my account has been disabled... trust me, I didn't do anything this time.  what can I do?

  Have you tried breaking into Discord HQ and setting whole building on fire? Perhaps try stealing a plane to crash into it.
