Category permissions problem

so basically whenever I give any admin role "manage channel" permission from role settings, and deny that permission for any category, yet that role is not able to delete the category or the channel but able to move that category, I hope discord really fix that problem of "manage channel" since it's not working as intended and i have uploaded several videos in tickets and it still going
