Landline Verification

Allow Landline Verification. Some companies offer this as an option if you don't have mobile. Many people do have mobile phones that operate without an active number. They can still use the internet if they have Wi-Fi. But they would not be able to receive text most likely.

  Exactly. Most of financial companies (I mean serious verification business) can do it. Why not Discord?
