buying nitro wouldn't give you preferential treatment. Eventually they will get back to you, just follow up on the ticket every few weeks

My account’s info will he deleted within 14 days of it being disabled, so I don’t have weeks, sadly. It’s already been one week.

i too was banned a week ago saying i posted dehumanizing content bro... i barely send anything that is remotely nsfw, let alone it being dehumanizing. and the discord trust and safety team is sooo bad like idk i cant get over the fact that they ruin ppls account that are often quite important to them, and keep a bot in charge of their appeal ticket. ive been using my main account for more tham 3 years on a daily basis. getting my account disabled for something i didn't do and then an automated reply for my long and in depth explanation of my situation is really saddening.

    discord, fix ur stuff man

Trust and safety are all bots at this point I think. I didn't even get a reason for a ban. Just straight up bye

I’m gonna put this here because the second step from this post really helped me out. If you use the word “disabled” in your initial ticket to Trust & Safety, they will just automatically close it. I would stay away from the word “banned” too. I tried obscuring it by using numbers (d1sabled) and that worked. I get why discord uses bots but the filter system they have is poorly executed. Why would a ban appeal not allow the word “disabled” or “banned”? Anyways, like I said I would try reaching out to someone using the second step, only after creating an initial Trust & Safety ticket. If you get a bot reply to your Trust & Safety ticket, respond to it but don’t use the words banned or disabled or else the system will mark your ticket as solved even without a bot response.
