My account was disable for no reason and I'm not getting a reply from discord support.

My 5 year old account was disabled for no reason last month. I've tried to reach discord support multiple times but all I get are responses from bots, even on twitter they never talk about the issue they just tell me to send a ticket again. I don't know what I am supposed to do anymore. Is there any way to talk to an actual human being working for discord?

  Discord isn't disabling accounts for no reason.

  You should have got an Email with the reason. Please also check your spam-folder for the mail. Also, you won't get help on Twitter, you need to Contact the Trust & Safety-Team: https://dis.gd/contact > Appeals, age update, other questions > Appeal an action taken on my account or bot > An action taken on my account.

  There you'll have to explain what happened.

  Quit your bullshit. Appeals don't get responses. The email just goes "d'uhhhh, you broke TOS or something?"

  Ghost is actually telling the truth. I have the same problem as well. We did not brake the Community Guidelines or the ToS.
