Allow Forum to all servers

Please add the forum feature to my server!!!!!

  You seem to have missed a step here.
  You see, you can access this feature by going into your server settings and pressing this big ol' button right here:

  Doing this will also give your server access to: Announcememnt channels, as well as, stage channels.
  
  It would probably be a good idea to look things up before creating a help discussion on it.
