Discord account disabled for chargeback

Hello, last week my account got disabled for attempting chargeback due to some hackers getting access to my discord account and made 3 transcations on my discord account which had paypal linked to it. I have no Idea how they managed it but I did it.

The chargebacks got denied by paypal, I have not distubted them as I want my discord account back. I have sent some mails, but they have not answered me and its almost been 2 weeks, and after 2 weeks my account gets deleted..... I have no Idea why they wont answer. All I want is my account back.

    I also have recurring billing for my nitro, but I did not chargeback that.... I only attempted to chargeback the 3 transactions made by the hackers, but you guys dont seem to understand that

     

    I have also been using nitro for over a year..... and admin if you read this, the discord mail is the same as this account

    This suspension is due to the fact that you have made a paypal refund regarding a purchase made on Discord, this goes against the Discord TOS but rest assured, to resolve it, simply send a request (ticket) and select Trust & Safety -> Appeals, age update, other questions and you might be able to get your account back!

    Ok, my account is back now. It took 1 week before they reached out :D so if you guys have a problem like this as well, you have to be very patient....

    Thank you for updating this thread Sedonni and Coop and Giljapay. I opened a message from a person I didn't know even tho I was warned by discord that it was most likely malicious. And what do you know... Within 24 hours I think it was my account is disabled. I assume this is discord's only and/or most effective fail safes fire this scenario. I believe this as it is the only real reason to make such an aggressive move against a potentially innocent user and community supporter. I will move forward for the time being under this line of thinking and offer a very sincere apology to the admin team at discord in the hopes this is resolved in a single digit amount of days. With that, please accept my apologies as I'm hoping this gets worked out sooner than later. Fingers and toes crossed

    Seddoni, how did u resolve this? 
    I'm living the same situation but worse cause all the email that arrive from discord are automated and never from the discord staffers, how can i have my account back?

    Sadly this is a waiting game. Usually you can ask for a little more time before your account, try your best to both be patient but also contact them firmly, apologize for what you might have done, but there is a high possiblity it could be erased. I got it back AFTER the date they said it would be erased because discord accounts aren't fully deleted immediately.
