No response. Account disabled. No response even from bots.

I have three open none of them have gotten any response from trust and safety

    This is the last day. My account is gonna be gone, forever, genuinely, it's gonna be gone, and I haven't done anything other than the chargebacks which are a mistake and my friends account is connected, it's not even my account, and it's frozen, there's nothing I can do about it

    Don't worry I am having the same problem.  Once in all the years I have been on discord I had a dispute and now its been over a week with my account disabled.  There is no way to contact them except for the submit a ticket crap.  They have an email option but they send you a letter back instantly saying this options isn't  available. So I guess once you complain its just over who cares about all the groups you had and your friends list the time and energy you put into that account.

    Mine has been 7 days maybe 8 now. I have submitted 2 tickets and then a friend of mine was helping me find ways to submit and found email. hahaha I sent in an email and  instant reply that you cant contact them through email. So today I went to discord > my activity and posted there also. That got me Clyde to reply

    Well, this is the last day for me. My account should be deleted by tonight. It's frustrating but hopefully they get to me. I wish you luck as well.

    I am sorry but I understand the stress and confusion.  I just made a new one cause I cant get a reply to the company. I think what is worst is that they got their money and they still wont give me back my account.  Good luck Seddoni

    I'm having a similar issue. It's been two days since I last heard from Discord's "support." I miss my friends.

    Advice to you Rascaelestis is to make a new discord. Even though they have their money they have not disabled my account and its been almost 2 weeks now. So its ok for them to disable yours for a charge back that was a mistake but they also can get your money and not give you your account back. Good luck I still haven't heard from them and i have submitted 2 tickets sent and email and posted everywhere i can think of.

    Sadly that is true but if they don't give me back my account then i am going to go back to disputing the charge seeing at this moment they have been paid and I have no access to that account. So I am paying for something I cant use.

    Understandable, that all depends on how long you're willing to wait and how much the account means to you. Sadly mine means a lot and it has proof of some of the more not okay things I've gone to, and for my own safety and others, I'm willing to withdraw the charges and wait. Not only that but some of the people I've met on the account are through discord servers, and they would never know where I went if I didn't contact them about it, so I'm willing to wait until the bitter end on if they've responded or not. Sadly the T&S Discord support team might not even get to it before the account is deleted/removed from the platform, but I'm willing to wait it out sheerly because the account means so much to me and I have a heavy attachment to it.

    Well, they responded after a couple days. I guess you really just have to wait.
    If you haven't gone through this before it should be fine, but if you were banned/disabled before you might not get it back since you can only have it happen one time, the second time, your discord removal will be permanent

    I have never done anything before cause I never bought nitro but they sure are taking their time.
