Region Lock Feature

A Server Feature which lets you block specific country IP's from joining your Server.
This is especially great for Communities that would like to focus on one country / language and want to avoid "unwanted guests" which can be scammers, trolls and others from different countries.

Also there can be a lot of annoyance if a server has a more popular vanity url in use which gets abused by such "unwanted guests".

    Thinking about this. I think it would be neat to region lock on where you can log in. This feature does exist with some services (Nexon Korea has this as a way to prevent hacking done by foreigners). This combined with requiring an email response verification when you change specific settings like removing 2FA and changing the associated email on a discord account would really help fight this type of stuff.
