Change Reply Notification Defaults

So, some people don't like to be pinged. Some people don't like to ping. Some people don't want servers to ping. So, it would be nice if you could do some things to manipulate the "pings" (You know, the "@"'s)

Options could be:

On your account:

When people reply to you, default to pinging you? Y/N (If yes, then they have to hold shift to make it not ping. If no, they have to hold shift to make it ping)

On your server profile (On a per-server basis)
Default to pining you? Y/N

Basicly, the ability to make it so people don't auto-ping you on accident. This allows you to lessen the number of pings due to people replying, but not have to mute a server just to prevent pings.
