[Feature Request] Client Sided Text and Voice channel organisation

Let the layout and order of text and voice channels in a server be changeable on the client side, but allow the server to provide a default configuration to reset to if needed.

Currently only the server admins can change the layout, order and grouping of text channels. For bigger servers where the order could be 'improved' for personal taste it would be nice to have the option to customise it ourselves without affecting others. But then also having the ability to reset your personal changes to what the server has set as the default configuration would be great alongside it.
