Permission for replies

Within the text channel permissions, there should be an option to enable/disable the use of the reply-feature (right click on any message - reply).

In its current state, the reply-feature comes with a ping to the recipient that is ON by default. This can often get in the way of notification management.

There are so many options to customize the text channel experience – you can enable/disable role mentions, external emojis/stickers, links, attachments, and heck, even reactions. So why not replies, too?
