Option to @mention only those who are connected to a specific voice chat/特定のボイスチャットに接続している人をメンションする機能

I would like to have the ability to make collective mentions to people who are connected to a specific voice chat.
For example, if you specify @VC1, the mentions will be sent to the person who is currently connected to "VC1".
The reason I want this is because I don't want to go to the trouble of installing a role-granting bot to achieve this mentions and go through the hassle of setting it up.
