Allow for muting consecutive message notifications from same server/person within X minutes

With the introduction of the new @silent feature, it made me wish that I could have a notification "grouping" kinda setting. This would allow the user to specify a timeframe, such as 30 seconds, 1 minutes, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. That duration would then make it so that if you receive a message from someone, you get the notif for that initial message, but any consecutive messages from them would effectively act as @silent until the specified time passes. Or maybe the original notification should update with the additional messages, but you wouldn't get the notification sound/buzz/ping.

I know plenty of people who either turned off notification sounds/pings entirely or are permanently on DND because they don't like getting spammed with the notification sound when someone just excitedly sends a few messages in a row, and there doesn't appear to be a decent middle ground.
