Linking global chat channels between servers

It looks as though this question has been asked in the past. But have they come up with a solution to linking servers as of yet?

we have 4 servers for our allied alliances and right now each one as a global chat open to anyone. What i would like to do is connect the global chat channels so they act as one. but still keep separate for each alliance.
