Globally mute text chanel for every user.

I want to be able to create a text chanel that by default does not create notifications to anyone in the server unless they are mentioned Because the more number of channels there are a lot of notifications created which will disturbe everyone So if there is a way we can mute it by default it will not cause such a mess and the users can only get notifications of important ones.

  pretty sure you can change this in guild settings by guild settings(I don't think it's on mobile tho)

  In the server settings overview, there is an option for what you need.

  This is being applied to every channel tho.
