Unable to delete "Removed [user] from the thread" system messages

Description

I recently removed a user from a thread.

The thread is locked so it can be used as a pinned meta thread in a forum channel to explain to users how to use the forum channel.

When I removed them from the thread, this system message appeared at the bottom of the channel and I have no way to remove it.

I would like to remove the message in order to keep the meta thread clean, as well as not single out this specific user which could possibly lead to them being specifically contacted/targeted by other users.

Expected Behavior

I would expect there to be a context option on the system message that allows me to delete it. Just like you currently have the option to delete both Server Boost & User Welcome system messages.
