Allow more than 10 options in a poll (with solutions)

Polls on Discord are currently limited to 10 options, which can be understandable considering how large they can be.

1. On web/desktop, reduce the height of each option to half, which should be more than enough to press on. This would easily allow you to have 20 options to pick form.

2. If there's more than 10 options on mobile, or 20 options on desktop, when voting, it could become a scrollable popup instead allowing you to see all options.

3. When showing the results, mobile could also half the height of the options, since they're no longer pressable. If there's more than 20 options on mobile and desktop, this could also bring up a popup when interacted with.
