Can we get a "Censor image" checkbox?

Hello. I think it would be good to have a "censor image" checkbox when uploading an image, which would blur the image out until the user clicks a "show image" button, perhaps also with a disclaimer about the image containing sensitive content, much the same way Twitter handles it.

The checkbox itself could appear in the box that already pops up when uploading an image, perhaps on the bottom-left (left of the "Cancel" and "Upload" buttons)

This would be useful for posting images that some may find uncomfortable, and would also help hide images containing spoilers for the media being discussed.
