Folgende Änderung würde ich vorschlagen:
Bitte um Beitritt ändern auf "Beitrittsanfrage senden". Falls das der Knopf zum einladen sein soll, und ich ihn falsch interpretiert habe, sollte man da "Einladen" schreiben.
I would suggest the following changes:
Change "Bitte um Beitritt" to "Beitrittsanfrage senden". If that button was for sending an invite, and I misunderstood it, you should change it to "Einladen".

Thank you for the suggestion however all of our strings in the process of getting replaced by ones from a professional translation company and there will be a system in place at that time to give feedback on strings. Thank you for your patience until we get that up and running.
