Постоянно пропадает звук голоса собеседников

Они слышали, что у них ничего нет, чтобы я снова начал их слышать, что нужно выйти и зайти в группу, это продолжается уже год, я переустанавливал виндовс, что только не делал, что диск не полностью помогал и переустанавливал ни что не помогает!
