When hovering message buttons, highlight what they are about.

When I'm trying to reach the buttons on the right of some messages, often I'm not sure what message they interfere with, I think something like a highlight when you hover them should be useful.

Here is how it currently looks like when I hover the buttons:

 

And here is how it could look like, after some small css changes:

  I don't get why this has no votes, even was downvoted.
  This is a very nice idea. Often it's hard to tell what button on the right interferes with what message.
  A highlight would help a lot.
  To make it not annoying, it would be cool if the highlight only appears if you are actually hovering one of the buttons on the right.
  

  As OP's images are broken, I provide one how it could look like. Can be a bit more fancy. It is just a quick and dirty edit.
