Ability to see how active individual channels are

As a moderator of a server with many channels, it would be nice to be able to instantly see when a channel is overly active to be careful of. And even as a user, it would be nice to see what channels there are currently conversations in. It could even be utilized by bots by notifying moderators when a channel is incredibly active, or enable slow mode automatically when a chann gets too active.

Maybe when you right-click the channel you can see a meter, or a small one appears next to its name.

  Use statbot, this this bot shows how active the servers is (messages per day/month/year), and voice (minutes per day/month/year). It also shows a top 5 active users/leaderboard.
