Option to auto mute new text channels

People are constantly making new text channels in large group discords I've joined and even when I've muted all text channels, they don't automatically mute new ones and I keep getting notifications. An option to "mute all new text channels for this server" would be nice, or something similar.

  Same or something where when someone joins a server, one or more of the text channels in that server is muted(so like how a group server may have a bot channel to be muted, but gaming channel to still notify them if someone is down to play some games).

  I absolutely need this. I'm in a Pokemon GO server, and I've muted the alert servers where new Eggs are about to hatch, but there are new channels created constantly for all of the changing pokemon that rotate in and out. I silence multiple alerts daily and have to individually mute each channel, even though the parent channel is muted. By default, muting the parent level / category channel should mute new sub-channels, in my opinion.

  I manage a fairly large server with dynamically added channels for private use. It's a massive pain that I can't have them be muted automatically without also muting the entire server because there are other channels I want to get notifications for.
