DM notes.

Perhaps add a feature where a user can pin a set message to the top of a new DM channel with a user. So for example it says "This is the beginning of your direct message history with @user" then underneath that you could set it to say like "Hello, please don't message me with something completely pointless"

  not a bad idea of having the DM notes exposed; though I'd say just from the "notes" of a user. In discord you already have the possibility of adding notes to a user.

  The most users will ignore this note, better way would be to disable DMs from server members and only accept friend request when they pinged you with a reason to DM you.
