Update emojis to 12.0 (2019 update!)

Recently the two best animals were added to emojis: Sloths and Otters. We need these in Discord so lets all be epic and upvote. Sloths would increase the epicness level by 500% according to my noggin. So yeah. K thanks, bye

  We've updated to the latest Twemoji release as of late 2019 and we'll try and be more current going forward! Thanks for your patience!

  Twitter (where Discord's stock emoji come from) already supports the latest Emoji 12.0, so there's no reason why Discord can't also update!
