Improve clone channel option

The "Clone Channel" option as of right now is only useful for Voice Channels.

When Clicked will a prompt show up, where you set the new name for the channel and the following description:
"A new channel will be created with the same permissions, user limit and bitrate as <channel>"

While this is useful for Voice channels is it not for normal text channels.

Option available for Text channels, but useless

The option IS available for text channels, but except for the name and permissions are the other options clearly meant for Voice channels, making this option a useless thing in the first place.

Stuff like the current slowmode setting, the channel topic, if the channel is NSFW or not, etc are completely ignored, meaning you have to manually set them again for this channel. So instead of it being a time-saving option is it a waste of your time as you could just create a new Text channel instead and are good to go.

Suggestions

The clone option should also take Text channels into consideration as this clearly goes more into the favour of Voice chats.

The clone option should be improved in the following ways:

• Clone information like the channel topic, if the channel is NSFW and the slowmode setting.
• Maybe have options to select from, to choose what should be cloned? Like excluding the slowmode or Permission settings.
• Update the description of this action to be more clear.
