Automatically switch server region when the current server becomes unusable

I'm tired of manually switching the server region manually every time the current server becomes unusable. Just now the ping on the US central server shot way up and I could hardly understand anything anyone was saying. Eventually, the same thing will happen to the server I switched to, and I'll be forced to switch back to central. I would prefer if there was an option that would automatically choose the best server based on who's connected. There's no reason to stay on a server that isn't working for anyone.
