Embed GIF instead of posting URL

There are a lot of Discord servers out there where admins have turned off posting links. This is fine; however, the side effect of this is it causes the GIFs feature to be unusable since it posts a link and just does a link preview. It would be great if Discord would embed the gif instead of doing a link preview.
