Allow filtering for which domains automatically generate previews from posted links.

I have found that even if I have hard blocked a domain (set it to 127.0.0.1 in my hosts file), when users post links to that domain in discord, it will still show a preview image. Generally, I want to see preview images, but I would like to block them for specific domains.
