Quote API and shortcut to reply/quote a message
Add "Quote" option when right clicking a message/highlighting a portion of the message , which will copy
> (full message | highlighted texts)
in the client's message bar.
Also, I suggest that this kind of quote may deserve their own model thats based on message, much like how embed works. Currently a message may contains embed, and Embed has its own structure(footer, description etc.). A quote could be the same thing, Due to these quotes(replies) are based on other's message, we can add an endpoint to the API that allows developers to get a message's quote, which is another message object. We can then use it for references. E.g. click on the quote and jumps to that message

So looks like recently, they actually implemented this. Right click a message -> the entire message in quote + a mention to that message's sender will appear in your message box.
However, if you highlight a portion and right click->Quote, it still quotes the entire message.

Yeah, recently they've changed how this works. Adding quotes via > still work as the same way a year ago, but when you quote someone's message, it becomes Inline Reply
