Add more functionality behind Replying & Reactions

First Suggestion, (I know this has been suggested by Nelly) When someone posts a message saying "hi" allow us to reply and or quote the message. You could do this one of two ways:

1. Have an actual reply/quote function below someones message, and this would ping them to your reply

2. Have a reply function below someones message, but just format their reply as

"@username,

<--- your cursor starts here and is ready to be typed

"

If you went with the first option it would be best because people could use quoting as a way to reply, or make fun of someone and quote them. 

Second Suggestion, Add more functionality to reactions. When someone reacts to your message you have to go to the post to see that reaction. Why not add a feed somewhere in discord, like next to mentions, where you can be notified of a reaction, and turn on or off the notifications. Alongside with that, add a number of reactions someone has received to their profile. "Reactions Recieved:" "Reactions given:"

Both these together would create a better replying/reacting experience and make it more fun and worthy to reply or respond to someones message.
